- Measure and record assumptions. Separate area, length, volume and counted items. Flag missing dimensions and unresolved details; assumptions are not design decisions.
- Review before bidding or ordering. Check the schedule against the included sheets, revision register and scope notes. Have the contractor and supplier confirm purchase quantities and packaging.

Does a quantity takeoff include construction pricing?
A quantities-only scope measures materials without assigning prices. If you need a priced estimate, request it separately so the proposal can define labor, material pricing sources, equipment, allowances and exclusions.
What should I send to request a quote?
Send the current drawing set, relevant specifications and addenda, requested trades, project location and bid deadline. Identify alternates, phases and any client spreadsheet template. We confirm scope, fee and delivery availability after reviewing the documents.
Can I inspect a sample before sending drawings?
Yes. The sample portfolio contains four selected excerpts for drywall, electrical, concrete and coordinated MEP. It shows quantity rows, units, source references and drawing previews. Excerpts are not complete project estimates or customer bid results.
Do you operate a physical office in every state?
Service is provided remotely from project documents. State coverage pages describe service availability and regional planning topics; they do not represent physical offices in those states.
